    Ma's dumplings is in a word: excellent!! The food is absolutely delicious and comes quickly, the staff is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would come back a million times and bring everyone I know!!! Cannot be more grateful for my experiences

    I love this place! It's my go to in OC., he has a lot more flavor and juiciness than the Din Tai Fung. I've been here over 5 times and have had almost everything in the menu. Everything is fresh and made to order.

    The food was delicious. I really enjoy their fried rice everytime, as it is not greasy like other places. First time trying their iron type chicken, and we both really enjoyed it. Light flavor with a kick at the end from the pepper. Also, spoiler alert ita served piping hot. One of the favorites at this restaurant is the salt and pepper chicken. I really enjoyed it this time, because it was salty, most people I go with really enjoy this meal. The service is always great. You can tell it has that family owned atmoshphere, where all the servers are very respectful. Very relaxing atmosphere with cooking videos playing in backround (asmr). Give it a try with friends and family. If you're looking for a great value, and want some great quality Chinese food, then you definitely need to check this place out. Enjoy! P.S. Wish I had better photos, but was ready to eat.

    HAPPY EASTER TO ALL. As I mentioned before, Number One is in Orange County. First time in this establishment. I strongly recommend it to all, no matter what's your taste. Fresh Dumplings made home made at the location. I don't know any dumpling house that would make their own dumplings at their location. Very friendly people, water Jen (please correct me with the name). She was very polite and knowledgeable. 'The assistant Allan was also very friendly. So if you are hungry and it is Sunday, get your family after church to have a great scrumptious meal.
